Loving someone that doesn’t love you back is a hard pill to swallow BUT murder is NEVER the answer.
A 35-year-old man is in jail after police say he shot his wife and another man as they sat in a parked car Saturday night in West Palm Beach. Though the woman survived, the man did not, leaving Robert Finney facing charges of murder and attempted murder, West Palm Beach Police reported Sunday morning.
Roqueria Mills and Robert Anthony III, both 20, were sitting in a vehicle in a parking lot in the 2100 block of Brandywine Road shortly after 10:36 Saturday night when they were shot, police said. Both were taken to the hospital, where Anthony later died, police spokesman Sgt. David Lefont said in a written statement.
Police arrested Finney at the scene with a gun in his possession, Lefont reported.
Jail records report Finney’s address to be in Wellington. Anthony is from Wellington and Mills from Riviera Beach, according to Lefont.
Anthony died two days after his 20th birthday. Finney is due to see his 36th birthday in the county jail Tuesday, according to police reports.
