Dallas police arrested two people and charged them with the murder of Julian Marin, 32, and Cesar Estrada-Rangel, 40, owners of a popular Dallas strip club.
According to police, a 23-year-old stripper named Alexis Burgess was refused employment that night by the club’s manager. Word is that the management did not approve of the “lap dances” that Alexis was giving.
Alexis allegedly went home and brought her boyfriend, 24-year-old Treveon Wilson, to fight the club owners.
A fight broke out between Treveon and the two victims, sheriff’s office spokesman David McClelland said. The altercation ended with gunshots.
The two shooting victims were pronounced dead shortly afterward by Benbrook EMS.
Wilson, 24, was found at an area hospital where he was being treated for a gunshot wound. Burgess was also taken into custody.
Both face charges of capital murder and are being held in the Tarrant County jail.
Just last week, Texan inmates Eric Trevino, Luis Antonio Arroyo and Jacob Anthony Brownson (all 3 were capital murder suspects) escaped from Bexar County Jail last week in San Antonio for the three capital murder suspects. It was a brief escape as they were all caught at a nearby Sonic just 2 hours later.
